Pavel Viktorovich MALKOV

Pavel Malkov is the Governor of the Ryazan Region, appointed by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin. In his role as Governor, Pavel Malkov manages a regional state body of the Russian Federation and is responsible for implementing state policies at the regional level. As Governor, Pavel Malkov has benefited from President Vladimir Putin’s amendments to Russian administrative law, allowing him to remain in power for additional years. Pavel Malkov is also involved in the illegal transportation of Ukrainian children to Russia and their guardianship or adoption by Russian families. Pavel Malkov organised the enrolment of Ukrainian children into Russian patriotic educational institutions. Pavel Malkov’s actions violate the rights of Ukrainian children and infringe Ukrainian law and administrative order. He is therefore supporting and implementing actions and policies which undermine and threaten the territorial integrity, sovereignty and independence of Ukraine.
